Total Time: 5m Blend up this three ingredient Coconut Lime Daiquiri. It’s simple to make and in minutes you’ll have a tasty, tart, & refreshing tropical cocktail.
Why this recipe works so well:
I’m all about quick and easy cocktails. Don’t judge. It needs to be easy and it needs to taste good. Just like it does for my Mango Coconut Daiquiri.
I was in the mood for something boozy and something tropical.
I was staring at the coconut rum in my cupboard, daydreaming about my upcoming tropical vacation.
Then, I just threw a few things in the blender and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome!
Here’s how to make it:
This frothy drink consists of three simple ingredients: coconut rum, fresh lime juice, and coconut cream.
All of the ingredients along with some ice are combined in the blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
A few tips:
- This recipe is for a single cocktail, however it easily doubles, triples, or you can make for a crowd by adjusting the serving size in the recipe below.
- Since this is a blended ice drink, it is best consumed right away.
- To keep your drink cold longer, you can serve in a frozen glass.
- This is not a sweet cocktail. The lime definitely makes it a bit tart, but I like it that way. If you prefer your cocktails to be sweet, just add some simple syrup!
Other easy cocktail recipes:
- Classic Margarita – I make this on the rocks but you can blend
- Beer Margarita – it’s the best of both worlds
- Virgin Mango Lime Margarita – suitable for all ages and you can add a splash of booze if you want
- Blended Watermelon Margarita – love this during summer
- Mango Coconut Daiquiri – similar to this recipe but with fresh mango
- Blueberry Thyme Crush Cocktail – another refreshing summer cocktail
- Strawberry Lemonade Whiskey Sour – lip smacking delicious

I made one last night and it was only slightly different and, according to my wife, “intensely delicious”
A real nice balance of sweet and creamy coconut, tart lime, and rum.
2- Plantation 3-Stars rum
1- fresh lime Juice
3/4- Coco Lopez, creme of coconut.
blended or over crushed ice.
I call it a Schmilsson. “You put the lime in the coconut and drink them both up…”
Daiquiris are my absolute favourite!! Never tried a coconut and lime version, but will definitely be whipping up some of these tonight ๐
These Coconut Lime Daiquiris are wonderful. They were so simple and refreshing tasting. I made them for our weekend girls night and everyone asked for your recipe! I’m giving you 5 stars because 8 guests cannot be wrong about how wonderful these Coconut Lime Daiquiris were.
I get in the mood for something boozy too!! Love this. It is Saturday here in Australia so I could definitely find myself sipping one of these, yum, sorry I meant 3-4 of these, haha! Love it.
This cocktail makes me feel like I’m in Mexico on vacation! Love how simple it is to prepare and the lime coconut flavors!
This tastes really refreshing. The flavor combo of lime and coconut is always a winner. Add a touch of simple sugar syrup if the lime is too sour. ๐
Coconut and lime just scream summer to me. What a delicious beverage to enjoy this spring!
Coconut water simple syrup works great in this! I found it a little tart with just the lime and cream of coconut. Sounds crazy to add more sugar given the cream of coconut, but it’s needed, and perfection once rounded out as the other comment noted.
Looks great
A bit of sugar syrup in there might round it off nicely
