This Refreshing Raspberry Mule combines lime sweetened raspberry puree with vodka and ginger beer to create a tasty, refreshing, and easy to make cocktail.
This cocktail was a bit of a no brainer. It was easy to throw together. A traditional Moscow Mule is the combination of lime juice, vodka, and ginger beer. I just prettied it up a bit by adding tart raspberries and sweet simple syrup. You could totally make this kid friendly by omitting the vodka because ginger beer, after all, has no more alcohol than root beer does. I made this drink for my husband and asked him to describe it for me. He thought long and hard and he finally came up with his answer: “good”. Not super helpful when I was searching for words to include in my description of how wonderful it is. After some more prying, I finally got him to say “refreshing”, so that is why I called it a Refreshing Raspberry Mule. Enjoy!
