I love me a nice crunchy tart yet sweet apple. Honeycrisps and pink ladies are my favorites. But what’s better than a really good apple? An apple dipped in this stuff, that’s what.
I wanted to feel like a kid again so I toasted up a freezer waffle and used that for the dip too. Soooo flippin’ good!

I like to make a special apple waffle peanut butter dip combo. Doesn’t this little bite sized treat look yum? It’s not the healthiest dip. I’m not claiming that it is. I’m just telling you that it tastes great. And even if it isn’t the healthiest, you need a sweet snack every now and again.
There are endless dippers you can use too – apples, waffles, crackers, pretzel sticks, celery, your fingers, etc. Take my advice and make this with crunchy peanut butter. You can thank me later.

Absolutely delicious! I love how creamy and light this turned out (I did use creamy peanut butter instead of the crunchy). The kids love it!
Side note – assuming it doesn’t get eaten over the weekend, what would be the shelf life on this? 5-7 days?
I think 5-7 days in the refrigerator is a good guess. Just make sure they don’t double dip and the leftovers should last as long as opened cream cheese would last. Enjoy!
Love this idea, looks like the perfect snack!
Oh my goodness, this looks insanely good! I want to eat it by the spoonful!
I’m with Valentina, WOWZA! Have to make this dip this weekend for sure!!
I want to dip everything in to this. Anything with peanut butter is good with me!
When my kids were little, they loved dips! It was a great way to get them to eat their veggies. This peanut butter one sounds like it would be perfect with some celery!
Wowza, a dip that tastes like a cookie dough!? I’m so in. And my kids will love this — and so perfect with the fresh apples.
How incredibly yummy this peanut butter dip looks and I bet, it tastes even better. I need to make this at home and surprise my husband with a special treat,
Oh my goodness. When I first saw this recipe I thought, “I think the cream is too much for those apples”. Then I realized they are with waffles as well! Looks sooo good!
I love recipes that are this easy to make. Sounds absolutely delicious.
