Grape Salad, made with a mixture of fresh grapes smothered in sweetened cream cheese and sour cream topped with brown sugar pecans, is the perfect potluck side dish!
Prepare grapes: Wash and dry 4 pounds grapes. Remove from stems.
Mix creamy base: Using a stand mixer, beat the 8 ounces cream cheese until light and fluffy. Mix in the 8 ounces sour cream, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until smooth.
Fold in grapes: Add grapes and mix until evenly incorporated.
Add topping: Prior to serving, top with 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1/2 cup pecans. Serve immediately.
Notes
There are about 2.5 cups in a pound of grape, so the equivalent of 4 pounds of grapes would be about 10 cups.Recipe can be scaled down by adjusting number of servings at top of recipe card.If making ahead, do not add topping until you are ready to serve.
