Instructions
To make the dressing:
Combine 2 tablespoons raw honey, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon lime zest, and 6 mint leaves in a small bowl. Whisk to combine and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes.
To prepare fruit salad:
Combine all fruit in large bowl. Just before serving, cover with dressing and toss to combine.
