Roasted Garlic Broccolini
A side dish of tender Roasted Garlic Broccolini is not only super easy to make, but it is a delicious dark green vegetable perfect for any family dinner.
Servings 4 servings
- 1 pound broccolini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- salt and pepper as desired
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, toss the broccolini in the olive oil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish.
Roast in preheated oven, turning the broccolini half way through the cooking time, for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
