Made with just a few simple ingredients you probably have on hand, Pressure Cooker Cocktail Meatballs are a tasty appetizer that take minutes to prepare!
Combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon garlic in pressure cooker. Set to sauté mode and stir to combine. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the 2 pounds meatballs.
Cover and lock lid. Set to high pressure for 5 minutes. Allow to naturally vent once done cooking.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Recipe should yield around 64 meatballs. Serving size based on 4 meatballs per serving.
