Roasted Broccoli is one of the easiest ways to prepare fresh broccoli as a dinner side dish. The trick to getting perfectly roasted broccoli lies in the few simple ingredients as well as the cooking method. Never again will you have to serve soggy broccoli after trying this recipe!

- 12 ounces broccoli florets equivalent to one head
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice about a half a lemon
- 2 cloves garlic minced
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Toss to combine. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
Roast in preheated oven for 15 minutes. No need to stir. Broccoli is done with tips start to turn dark brown.
