Orange Cranberry Prosecco is an easy single serving winter cocktail made from sweetened tart cranberry juice, orange liqueur, and Riondo Prosecco.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cranberry juice 100% juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ounce orange flavored liqueur
  • 4 ounces Prosecco You just need enough to top off glass

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine cranberry juice and sugar. Heat over medium high heat until mixture reduces down to a syrup, about 5 minutes. Chill completely until ready to use.
  • To serve, add chilled Prosecco to a glass or flute, leaving room for the syrup. Add orange liqueur to the cranberry syrup, then add to Prosecco.
