Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine cranberry juice and sugar. Heat over medium high heat until mixture reduces down to a syrup, about 5 minutes. Chill completely until ready to use.
To serve, add chilled Prosecco to a glass or flute, leaving room for the syrup. Add orange liqueur to the cranberry syrup, then add to Prosecco.
