SPARKLING CRANBERRY ROSE
Sparkling Cranberry Rosé is a festive, delicious, and incredibly easy to make cocktail that would be perfect at any Fall or Winter party.

- 8 sugar cubes or lumps if you can find them
- 8 ounces cranberry juice I used sparkling juice, chilled
- 750 milliliters sparkling rosé wine can substitute with champagne or non-alcoholic sparkling white grape juice, chilled
- Fresh cranberries at least one for each glass
Using 8 champagne flutes, place a sugar cube in the bottom of each glass.
Pour an even amount of cranberry juice into each glass.
Pour an even amount of rosé into each glass. Each glass should then contain 1 part juice to 3 parts rosé.
Make a small slice in the bottom of the cranberry and hook onto rim of glass.
Serve immediately.
