SPARKLING CRANBERRY ROSE

Sparkling Cranberry Rosé is a festive, delicious, and incredibly easy to make cocktail that would be perfect at any Fall or Winter party.

Ingredients

  • 8 sugar cubes or lumps if you can find them
  • 8 ounces cranberry juice I used sparkling juice, chilled
  • 750 milliliters sparkling rosé wine can substitute with champagne or non-alcoholic sparkling white grape juice, chilled
  • Fresh cranberries at least one for each glass

Instructions

  • Using 8 champagne flutes, place a sugar cube in the bottom of each glass.
  • Pour an even amount of cranberry juice into each glass.
  • Pour an even amount of rosé into each glass. Each glass should then contain 1 part juice to 3 parts rosé.
  • Make a small slice in the bottom of the cranberry and hook onto rim of glass.
  • Serve immediately.
