Vanilla Pear Prosecco, made with fresh pears, whole vanilla beans, and a crisp bubbly Prosecco, is the perfect fall and winter holiday cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole vanilla beans split
  • 2 pears chopped, stem and seeds removed
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon
  • Prosecco

Instructions

  • To make the syrup, combine the vanilla beans, pear, water, sugar, and lemon in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat until the pear completely breaks down, about 15 minutes.
  • Strain the syrup through a fine mesh cylinder and discard pear skin while reserving vanilla bean for garnish. Chill until ready to serve.
  • To serve, add 1-2 tablespoons of chilled syrup to each glass and top with Prosecco.
