Orange Cranberry Prosecco is an easy single serving winter cocktail made from sweetened tart cranberry juice, orange liqueur, and Riondo Prosecco.

Orange Cranberry Prosecco is what you need to make if you’re looking for a lip-smacking, vibrant red, festive winter cocktail. It has everything you could possibly want in a festive cocktail. First, you can’t get any more red than pure cranberry juice that has been reduced down to a sweetened syrup. Second, the subtle flavor of orange makes anything taste like winter. Finally, the light, fruity, and subtly sweet bubbles of Prosecco are basically Italian for Holiday. I’m a big fan of easy cocktails. I’m pretty sure every cocktail recipe I’ve ever created falls into the easy category. That’s because I’m a firm believer that things don’t have to be difficult in order to be good. The most important part of any cocktail, however, is to have good quality ingredients. Prosecco just has a laid back, easy kind of feel to it, and has been a fantastic addition to so many cocktails.

Prosecco Cocktail with cranberry.

This Orange Cranberry Prosecco recipe starts with some chilled Prosecco. How much you add to your glass is completely a matter of preference. You just want to leave enough room for the syrup and liqueur. You can think of this cocktail as a winter mimosa, but I certainly would not limit it to breakfast time. Nope. This is an any time of day kind of cocktail. Meeting up with friends? Perfect. Want to relax after a stressful day at the office? You’ll love it. Want to serve something festive at your next holiday party? Make a big batch!

So gorgeous and just perfect for the holidays. I love that it’s easy enough for guests to mix their own, so I’m not stuck making them all night long.
