Made with just a few simple ingredients you probably have on hand, Pressure Cooker Cocktail Meatballs are a tasty appetizer that take minutes to prepare! I’m always looking for quick and easy appetizer. Whether I’m heading to a backyard summer potluck or a holiday party, I’m usually wanting something that takes the least amount of time because, more times than not, I have a million and one things to do on my daily list. I spend enough time packing school lunches and making family dinner. Spending hours on an appetizer is not something I enjoy doing. One of my most favorite party appetizers are meatballs. Just think about it. When was the last time you went to a party where some warm, delicious cocktail meatballs were served and people didn’t hover around them until the platter was empty? Never. That’s when. Because I want to spend the least amount of time preparing something like this, I love to use Cooked Perfect® Meatballs. Cooked Perfect Meatballs actually feature a variety of flavors to suit every taste, from traditional Italian Style to Gluten Free and Chicken, but for this dish I went with the Homestyle variety. Now, if you search around on the internet, you’ll find a million meatball recipes that use a slow cooker. But why bother with a slow cooker when they literally take just a few minutes in an electric pressure cooker? Also, the sauce is made up of just a handful of ingredients that I am willing to bet you already have sitting in your pantry. Go ahead, take a look. I’m totally right, aren’t I? You could easily serve these tasty meatballs up with some rice and a salad for a complete dinner. In fact, that is exactly what I did with these, but I plan to make them again in a couple weeks for the little backyard shindig we’ll be having with friends. And can somebody tell me why appetizers taste so good when they have cute little sticks as utensils. Presentation makes all the difference, friends.
